NOTE FROM TED: This talk only represents the speaker’s personal views and understanding of mindset and self-esteem. TEDx events are independently organized by volunteers. The guidelines we give TEDx organizers are described in more detail here: http://storage.ted.com/tedx/manuals/tedx_content_guidelines.pdfIn this heartfelt and humorous talk, psychotherapist Max Babri invites us to rethink life as a journey from Birth (B) to Death (D) and what truly defines us are the choices we make in between. Blending wit, wisdom, and decades of experience, Max explores how self-worth, gratitude, and emotional intelligence can transform not only our own lives but also those around us. He challenges us to rise above complaints and compulsions, to embrace our role as one of nature’s finest expressions, and to lead a life that uplifts others. This is a call to live meaningfully, choose wisely, and love openly. Maqbool A. Babri, affectionately known as Max Babri, is a renowned performance psychologist, hypnotherapist, and leadership coach.
